Annual Meeting

The annual meeting of the shareholders of the Farmer’s Union Ditch Company, Ltd. will be held on Saturday, January 10th, 2026 at the Riverside Hotel, 2900 W Chinden Blvd., Garden City, ID 83714, at 1:00 p.m.

It is very important that all shareholders either attend this meeting or assign their proxies to someone who will attend. There must be a minimum of 251 shares represented at this meeting in order to conduct business. If you are unable to attend, please appoint someone via proxy who will attend to vote your shares at this meeting.
